 The IR image above and Digital Photo clearly shows the need for IR Thermal imaging while a Home Inspection is conducted. The above condition would have gone undetected if an IR Scan was not done.

There Are Some Things You Can't Put A Price On!

Every Home/Commercial Building inspected receives a "FREE" basic IR scan!! This technology allows me to see Moisture, Heat loss, Missing Insulation and Electrical issues.

The choice is clear, having a limited "visual" Inspection or having a Home/Commercial Building Inspection that is both visual and infrared(ITI) "Infrared-Thermal Imaging"

Choosing the right Home Inspector can be difficult. Unlike most Professionals, you probably will not get to meet me until after you hire me. Furthermore, different Inspectors have varying qualifications, equipment, experience, reporting methods and yes, different pricing. One thing for sure is that a Home Inspection requires work, a lot of work. Ultimately a thorough Inspection depends heavily on the individual Inspector's  own effort and experience.

Yes you will be quoted far less for a Home Inspection from other Home Inspectors, some as Low as $250-$300. They inspect your home using a flashlight and a screwdriver and give you an on-site report that is without photos or substance! These inspector's also do 2-3 home inspections per day. Do they really spend enough time inspecting your property? Likely NOT.

Don't settle for that, you owe it to yourself to have a complete and professional HOME/COMMERCIAL BUILDING Inspection performed.

This Industry is not regulated in Ontario,what this basically means is that anyone can call themselves a Home Inspector. I see it far too often, unqualified people printing business cards and selling themselves as Home Inspectors. They charge a minimal fee for their services and deceive the public. Do yourself a huge favour and ask for his/hers qualifications first and foremost, not the cost of a the Home Inspection.
